TORRES, J.:

Upon an information which charged the above-named accused with the complex crime of robbery with rape, after proper proceedings, the Court of First Instance of Nueva Ecija found the appellants guilty of said crime and sentenced each of them to an indeterminate penalty of from twelve (12) years of prision mayor to twenty (20) years of reclusion temporal, with the accessory penalties of the law, to indemnify Pedro Valdez in the sum of P130, and to pay the costs.
