On 2 August 1946, at about 7:00 p.m., while the family of Ulysses Rous, consisting of his wife Teresa Rabena de Rous, his brother Luis Rous, his children Natividad, Ulysses Jr., Benita and his daughter-in- law Rosy C. Rous, was sitting at the dining table in the kitchen on the ground floor of his house situated along the national road, in the municipality of Binalonan, province of Pangasinan, and Ulysses Rous and an old woman were in the upper floor of the house, a person armed with a .45 caliber grease gun entered the northwest door of the house from the rear, preceded by a barking of the dog, warned them...
