The present appeal involves the interpretation of Exhibit A, a deed of donation, - whether it is inter vivos or mortis causa, because if the former, it is valid having been duly accepted by the donee, but if the latter it would be void because being in the nature of disposal of property by will, according to article 620 of the Civil Code, it shall be governed by the rules established for testamentary succession.
