This is an appeal by the commanding general of the Division of the Philippines. It appears that on the 2d of December, 1903, Inchausti & Company petitioned the Court Land Registration, for the inscription of certain land "situate on Calle Rosario, in the city of Iloilo; bounded on the north by the lands of Agustin Monasterio, there being between these properties the alley called 'Oppen;' on the east by Calle Rosario; on the south and west by the seashore," and having an area of 6,861 square meters and 98 square centimeters; and there being erected on the same a warehouse of strong material, with walls of...
