Appeal by certiorari under Rule 46 to review a judgment of the Court of Appeals which reversed that of the Court of First Instance of Manila and sentenced ". . . the defendants-appellees to pay, jointly and severally, the plaintiff-appellants the sum of P1,651.38, with the legal interest from December 6, 1947 (Gutierrez vs. Gutierrez, 56 Phil., 177, 180), and the costs in both instances."
