Late in the evening of May 19, 1954, Alberto Agaran and the three Canary brothers named Jaime, Lorenzo, and Romeo were inside a calesa parked on Bankusay Street, District of Tondo, Manila, at a point between Capulong and Inocencio Streets, evidently waiting for someone or awaiting developments.
