The National Development Company, later referred to as the Company, through certiorari, is appealing the decision of the Court of Industrial Relations (CIR), dated June 28, 1958, granting the petition of Juan Aralar and 69 others, dated April 22, 1957, in Case No. 1059-V, asking for the execution of the decision of the CIR in Case No. 129-V, dated November 5, 1948, the dispositive part of the latter decision reading as follows:
