CONCEPCION, J.: 

On July 31, 1954, the provincial fiscal of Zamboanga accused Leoncio Curambao, Godofredo Dagayloan, Geronimo Cruz, Eufrosino Salarda, Venancio Cadungog, Eustaquio Duran, Sayeng Sandal, Andres Salibat and John Doe, of triple murder. It was alleged in the information:
