Appeal from a decision of the Court of First Instance of Iloilo, Hon. F. Imperial Reyes, presiding, finding accused-appellants Inocencio Hervas and Marcelo Hervas guilty of the murder of their cousin, Francisco Hervas, and sentencing each of them to reclusion perpetua and to pay 1/3 of the indemnity of P6,000. Esperidion Alido was also sentenced to suffer the indeterminate penalty of from 10 years and 1 day of prision mayor to 17 years, 4 months and 1 day of reclusion temporal, to indemnify the heirs of the deceased Francisco Hervas a 1/3 of the sum of P6,000, and to pay a proportionate share of the...
