Felipe B. Ollada is a certified public accountant, having passed the examination given by the Board of Accountancy, and is duly qualified to practice his profession. On July 28, 1952 his name was placed on the rolls of certified public accountants authorized and accredited to practice accountancy in the office of the Central Bank of the Philippines.
