WILLARD, J.:

On the 13th of April, 1904, the appellant, Edward B. Merchant, presented a petition to the Court of Land Registration, asking that he be inscribed as the owner of three tracts of land, without the buildings erected thereon, situated in Tanduay in the city of Manila. The petition was denied as to the first and third tracts of land, and as to that part of the second tract occupied by Natalia Eloriaga. From this judgment, so far as it was adverse to the petitioner, Merchant, he has appealed.
