ZALDIVAR, J.: 

This is a petition for certiorari to review the order of the Presiding Judge of the Court of Industrial Relations, dated July 10, 1962, in its Case No. 2744-ULP, the dispositive portion of which reads as follows: 

"In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no basis to declare respondent guilty of unfair labor practice and, therefore, the charge of illegal lock-out is without merit. Respondent is, however, directed to pay members of complainant union who were forced to take leave of absence without pay on February 22, 1961 to February 23, 1961 their two days wages or salaries for the reasons...
