The three cases before this Court are the respective appeals separately taken by the parties hereto from an order 1 of the Court of Industrial Relations en banc affirming its trial judge's decision, rendered on November 4, 1963, in CIR Case 175-MC and CIR Case 426-ULP. Thus L-22971 is the appeal of MARITIMA 2 in CIR Case 175-MC; L-22952 is AFWU's 3 appeal in the same case; and L-22951 refers to AFWU's appeal in CIR Case 426-ULP.
