CONCEPCION, C.J.: 

Petitioner appellant has filed a motion for reconsideration of the decision of this Court affirming the appealed order of the lower court directing the cancellation of his certificate of naturalization. 

In support of said motion, he maintains that this Court has erred: (1) "in holding that publication of notice of a petition for naturalization in less than three consecutive issues in the Official Gazette is a jurisdictional defect rendering all proceedings taken under such a petition null and void from the very beginning;" (2) in not adhering to the view adopted in Barretto vs....
