DIZON, J.: 

Vito Borromeo, a widower and permanent resident of the City of Cebu, died on March 13, 1952, in Parañaque, Rizal, at the age of 88 years, without forced heirs but leaving extensive properties in the province of Cebu. 

On April 19, of the same year, Jose H. Junquera filed with the Court of First Instance of said province a petition for the probate of a one page document as the last will left by said deceased, devising all his properties to Tomas, Fortunato and Amelia, all surnamed Borromeo, in equal and undivided shares, and designating Junquera as executor thereof (Special Proceedings No. 916-R)....
