ARELLANO, C.J.:

From a consideration of the original proceedings filed in this court for the recovery of the possession of certain buildings used by the Roman Catholic Apostolic Church, and the answers thereto and evidence presented, it appears:

That the defendants, by their answers, rely upon two classes of defense, one of law, and the other of fact.

The former is contained in the following allegations:

(1) That Act No. 1376, governing these proceedings, is unconstitutional;

(2) That the plaintiff church does not possess juridical personality;

(3) That the property claimed by the plaintiff is not here own, but...
