The present case is direct appeal (prior to Republic Act 5440) by the herein plaintiff-appellant, Pedro J. Velasco (petitioner in L-14035; respondent in L-13992) * from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Rizal, Quezon City Branch, in its Civil Case No. 1355, absolving the defendants from a complaint for the abatement of the substation as a nuisance and for damages to his health and business in the amount of P487,600.00.
