There is nothing unique about this petition for the review of an order of respondent Court of Industrial Relations, except perhaps the way it was disposed of by it. There was a plea for a certification election by petitioner Labor Union submitted just barely six months before the termination of a collective bargaining agreement, It ought, ordinarily, to have elicited a favorable response.
