ESGUERRA, J:

Appeal from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Aklan, Branch II at Kalibo, in its Criminal Case No. 2007, Finding Benedicto Cortez, Leopoldo Aguarino and Vicentico Tomolog guilty of the crime of murder, the dispositive portion of which reads as follows:
