MARTIN, J:

This is an agrarian case. Three questions of consequential effects are raised: first, is there a tenant's right of redemption in sugar and coconut lands; second, is prior tender or judicial consignation of the redemption price a condition precedent for the valid exercise of the right of redemption; and third, does the Court of Agrarian Relations have jurisdiction over complaints for redemption of sugar and coconut lands.
