This case is an aftermath of Solis v. Agloro decided in 1975. 1 That was a certiorari and prohibition proceeding; the three petitioners therein, the very same persons who are now before this Court again, assailed the revival of a criminal case for murder, provisionally dismissed by respondent Judge Jaime R. Agloro.
