Silay Mill District.' The milling of the said sugarcane crop was officially terminated on June 5, 1963 at 11:05 P.M. (Copy of Special Administrative Order No. 5) is attached hereto as Annex '1') and both petitioner and respondents filed separate motions before the Court of First Instance of Negros Occidental to declare the administration terminated.

"On June 15, 1963, the Court of First Instance of Negros Occidental granted both motions and declared the appointment of the administrator terminated (A copy of the Order is attached hereto as Annex '2').
