This dissent is based on two aspects of the case at bar: I. Firstly, as discussed in Part I hereof, I believe that the case at hand does not fall, either pointedly or tangentially, under any of the recognized exceptions to the constitutionally mandated warrant requirement, for the circumstances surrounding the apprehension, search and seizure conducted by the RASAC agents show that they had ample time and opportunity for a week's time to secure the necessary search warrant conformably with the constitutional requirement.
