This is another convict-against-convict murder case involving prisoners in the national penitentiary. As shown in People vs. Garcia, L-40106, March 13, 1980, 96 SCRA 497, at around eight-forty-five in the morning of Good Friday, April 9, 1971, certain Visayan prisoners, members of the Oxo gang, were killed, by their fellow-prisoners from Luzon, members of the Sigue-Sigue Sputnik (SSS) gang.
