PER CURIAM:

This is an automatic review of the decision of the Court of First Instance of Samar, Branch VI, in Criminal Case No. 38, entitled "The People of the Philippines, Plaintiff vs. Bonifacio Yutila, Aquilino Yutila and Esperidion Yutila, Defendants", the dispositive portion of which reads:

"WHEREFORE, this Court hereby declares each of the accused, namely: Esperidion Yutila, Bonifacio Yutila, and Aquilino Yutila, 'GUILTY' beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape with Homicide under paragraph 3 of the Republic Act No. 4111 and each is hereby sentenced to suffer the supreme penalty of DEATH by electrocution....
