PER CURIAM:

This is a murder case. Early in the morning of July 25, 1977, Antonio A. Regalado, 39, a credit investigator of the Social Security System, was maliciously killed in the Marikit Subdivision, Marikina, Rizal.

The postmortem examination revealed that he had fourteen incised wounds, two lacerated wounds, ten punctured wounds and ten stab wounds, or thirty-six wounds in all, eight of which were fatal because they affected his vital organs like his lungs, liver, heart and intestines (Exh.
