RELOVA, J.:

Camilo Ramirez appeals from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Nueva Vizcaya, finding him guilty beyond reasonable doubt "of rape by direct participation, without the attendance of mitigating or aggravating circumstance," and sentencing him "to Reclusion Perpetua, to indemnify the complainant in the sum of P1,000.00 by way of moral damages, and to pay the costs."
