This is an appeal from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Lanao del Norte, dated June 4, 1970, convicting Timoteo Cabural of the crime of Robbery with Rape and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua; and, convicting Leonide Cabual, Benjamin Lasponia and Ciriaco Yangyang of the crime of Robbery and sentencing each of them to suffer imprisonment of six (6) years and one (1) day of Prision Mayor, as minimum, to ten (10) years of Prision Mayor, as maximum; to indemnify the offended party in the sum of P9,435.50, without subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency and to pay...
