The sole issue presented in this petition involving five separate cases filed by the Special Events and Central Shipping Office Workers Union for alleged unfair labor practice is weather or not, in adjudicating them, respondent public officials and the National Labor Relations Commission committed grave abuse of discretion in making findings of fact not supported by the evidence.

After an assiduous study of the voluminous pleading in this case, We resolve the question in the negative.
