These two petitions for certiorari seek to annul the order of the Court of First Instance of Manila issued ex-parte, lifting the restraining orders it had previously issued. The setting aside of the restraining orders enabled the implementation of the Management Contract executed by and between respondents, providing for respondent Ocean Terminal Services, Inc. as the exclusive stevedoring contractor at the South Harbor, Port of Manila.
