Appeal from the decision of the then Circuit Criminal Court of Manila, finding Narciso Martinez, alias Narding, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Murder and sentencing him "to reclusion perpetua, to pay the heirs of the deceased Roberto Dorado y de Lara the sum of P12,000.00 for the death of the latter, the sum of P6,000.00 by way of moral damages, and to pay the costs."
