I am constrained to dissent on the grounds, as hereinafter stated, that rather than dismiss as moot and petition at bar due to termination of respondent committee's interrogation proceedings, the Court should rule squarely or at least lay down the authoritative and controlling doctrines on the vital issues of profound public importance and interest that involve the upholding of the preferred freedoms of speech and press that are so vital for the survival of our democratic heritage and the proscribing of the questioned acts of harassing and intimidating journalists who expose and report on complaints of military...
