The petitioner raises due process questions in this petition for certiorari contending that the respondent court gravely abused its discretion - (1) when it denied a motion to lift an order of default issued seven (7) days before the petitioner received the order to file responsive pleading; (2) when it denied a motion for new trial or reconsideration on the ground that it was pro-forma; (3) when it rendered a decision, not supported by the facts and the law, granting a total amount of P1,187,615.69 covering the principal and damages in a collection case for only P250,092.55; (4) when it issued orders...
