In 1903 Rafael Molina, the plaintiff herein, sold his business in the Island of Catanduanes to Antonio de la Riva for $135, 000 Mexican currency, to be paid by De la Riva in four equal installments, the first to be made at the time of the execution of the document, the second one year from the date thereof, the third at the end of two years from that date, and the fourth at the end of three years from that date, with interest at the rate of 5 per cent per annum to be paid at the end of each year.
