Impugned in this appeal by certiorari is the decision in CA-G.R. SP No. 08617 of respondent Court of Appeals, 1 promulgated on February 5, 1987, which reversed the order 2 of the Regional Trial Court of Tagaytay, Branch XVIII, dated January 13, 1986, denying the prayer of herein private respondents for a writ of preliminary injunction in their complaint for damages filed against herein petitioners.
