The subject of the present Petition for Certiorari with Preliminary Injunction is the Resolution 1 dated 20 January 1988 of the public respondent National Labor Relations Commission ("NLRC"), in NLRC Case No. RAB-I-0096-85 (entitled "Primitivo V. Alviar, complainant, versus Llora Motors, Inc., and/or Constantino Carlota, respondents").
