The parties have been importuning this Court for the early disposition of this case, which they themselves have cluttered with ponderous pleadings. From the very start, we have been urged to act precipitately. One motion bordering on disrespect asked for the immediate resolution of this controversy as if it were the only matter in our docket. Some averments are marked with near hysteria and sonorous predictions of violence and bloodshed.
