This is an appeal interposed by Marlon Salcedo from the decision * of the Regional Trial Court of Manila, Branch VI, in Criminal Case No. 84-30953 for violation of Article II, Section 4, in relation to Section 2 (e-1) and (i), of Republic Act 6425, as amended by P.D. 1675, otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972, entitled "People v. Marlon Salcedo y Sison," finding him guilty as charged, the dispositive portion of which reads:
