Appellants Severino Catubig alias "Boy", Alberto Raguindin alias "Ambet", Crispin Sarmiento alias "Angot" and one John Doe 1 alias "Norberto" and "Felipe", were charged with the crime of robbery with homicide before the then Court of First Instance of Rizal, 17th Judicial District, Quezon City, Branch 52.
