This action has come before us on appeal raised by the defendants Sionga Yap, Sana Lim, and Dina Lim, from the judgment of December 8, 1913, whereby the Honorable Adolph Wislizenus, judge, sentenced Tiburcio Ricablanca, King Kong Kiang (alias Esteban), Sionga Yap, Sana Lim, and Dina Lim each to the penalty of six years ten months and one day of prision mayor, and to pay, each of them one-ninth of the costs. In the same judgment Rufino Cortes and Pedro Blando were acquitted, and by two orders of the same date December 3, 1913, upon the petition of the provincial fiscal, the case was dismissed with respect to...
