This is an appeal from the decision of the Regional Trial Court of Pasay City, Branch 114, the dispositive portion of which reads:

"WHEREFORE, this Court finds the accused VENERANDO NEBREJA y ORALE and ROMEO GUIRALDO y ADLAWAN guilty beyond reasonable doubt as principals of the crime of Violation of Section 3 (b) in relation to Section 1 (c) of Presidential Decree No. 532, otherwise known as the Anti-Piracy and Anti-Highway Robbery Law of 1974, and hereby sentences each of them to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment (reclusion perpetua), to pay jointly and severally by way of reimbursement Mrs....
