The spouses Dennis Mendoza and Rhodora Tanopo were charged for violation of Section 4, Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, otherwise known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 1972. In the Information filed by the Assistant City Fiscal of Dagupan City, it was alleged:
