Private respondents Bienvenido R. Tantoco, Jr. and Dominador R. Santiago together with Ferdinand E. Marcos, Imelda R. Marcos, Bienvenido R. Tantoco, Sr., Gliceria R. Tantoco, and Maria Lourdes Tantoco-Pineda are defendants in Civil Case No. 0008 of the Sandiganbayan.
