The real issue raised in this illegal dismissal case is whether or not respondent National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) committed grave abuse of discretion in ruling that the petitioner, Canlubang Security Agency (CSA, for short), and not Canlubang Automotive Resources Corporation (CARCO, for short), was the employer of the private respondents, Arsenio A. Bartolay, et al. (hereinafter referred to as "private respondents").
