Adjacent to a 46-hectare fishpond owned by Enrique Baluyot is the land owned by Jesus Segui which was traversed by a road constructed by the workers of Mr. Baluyot. On this land, Jesus Segui cultivated bananas and coconuts. 1 Enrique Baluyot's land was managed by accused-appellant Francisco "Isko" Ocampo, who had under his supervision co-accused Antonio Gantang 2 and Manolito Macaraig. 3
