This is an appeal by bill of exceptions, filed by counsel for the defendant E. Diaz and Company, from a judgment of March 10, 1914, in which the Honorable P. M. Moir, judge, held that the alambique, or ilang-ilang still, in litigation belongs to the plaintiff, made final the writ of preliminary injunction issued on October 24, 1913, by which the defendants were restrained from selling the said still at public auction and the sheriff was ordered to return it to the plaintiff, dismissed the plaintiff's action for recovery of damages, as well as the counterclaims of the defendant E.
