MORELAND, J.:

The three cases dealt with in this decision differ in their facts only with respect to the injury suffered by the respective plaintiffs. The law applicable to them is the same and, at the request of counsel, they will be decided at the same time. Plaintiffs claim damages against both the railroad and the garage company because of injuries suffered by them in a collision between a train owned by and operated over tracks belonging to the railroad company and an automobile the property of the Bachrach Garage & Taxicab Co.
