The wages earned by Mario Dionisio were the lifeblood of his family his wife Divina and their children Mark Angelo and Ma. Liza, both minors. A work-related disruption unfortunately abruptly ended the means of livelihood of Mario prompting his defendant family to sue his employer and co-employee for damages.
