This appeal by bill of exceptions was raised by counsel for the plaintiffs from the judgment of November 21, 1914, in which the Court of First Instance of Occidental Negros absolved the defendants from the complaint and held that the defendant spouses, Lorenzo Corro and Genoveva Samarro, had legally acquired the estate known as "Santo Nino Hacienda," the object of these proceedings and described in the complaint, and that consequently the defendant Juan Perez, who had purchased the said estate from the aforementioned husband and wife, is the lawful owner thereof. No special finding was made as to costs.
