MORELAND, J.:

The appellant was convicted of the crime of murder on his plea of guilty and his voluntary statement of the facts and circumstances constituting the crime and of his connection therewith. The count qualified the crime as murder with the qualifying circumstance of alevosia and in imposing the penalty took into consideration the aggravating circumstances of premeditation and uninhabited place.
